I offer counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Most of the clients I see are successful people that are working through issues that are causing them problems. This may include dealing with an affair, loss of intimacy in the relationship, recovery from addiction, life changes, depression, or loss. I have significant experience working with individual and family issues. My goal with clients starts with understanding where you are dissatisfied and helping identify the root causes.

Life is hard enough and much of the strength we draw comes from our families and community. If your family is out of sorts this can have a huge impact on other aspects of your life. Coming to counseling is not about being "broken" it is about improving your situation and finding new alternatives, awareness, and insights in how to build a glorious life for yourself and those you care about.

Marriage counseling can be a fun and interesting exploration of who your partner is and who they are becoming. You may not know your partner as well as you think you do. Individual counseling is intended to help you get in touch with the inner truths about yourself and to make peace often with your past.

We work together cooperatively to identify the issues you are struggling with and find ways to make things better. This may include working with your family, your partner, or other people involved in your life. Our focus is on helping you, your partner, and your family become happier and more fulfilled.

If you are struggling with any of these, individual counseling, marriage counseling, or family counseling may be a good option for you:

  •     Marriage or couples issues

  •     Individual Psychotherapy

  •     Setting limits with yourself or others

  •     Substance abuse recovery

  •     Dealing with relapse issues

  •     Feelings of helplessness or frustration

  •     Depression or sadness

  •     Loss or grief

  •     Family conflict

  •     Troubled children and behavioral difficulties

  •     School, work, or life difficulties

  •     Anxiety or worry

  •     Anger issues

I have an extensive background working with these challenges and I would like to sit down and talk with you about what we might do together to work through them.

Your life is worth it!
