Living a happy life is sometimes a difficult thing today. There are so many distractions, difficulties and issues that come up that it can be confusing. I believe that with a little work, a little attention, and some clarification it becomes possible to make the kind of life you started out to have. My orientation is towards solving immediate problems and working towards understanding how you help create them in the larger scheme of your life. Time spent with me will be very focused on your issues and finding ways to help them become more manageable.  This is a partnership between the client and the therapist and I value that partnership towards finding ways to help you be more successful and happier with your life.

Experience

I am a counselor with several years of experience working families and individuals. in recovery. I have worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist or Individual therapist for the last 4 years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. My license number is: LH00010152
