Fees and Insurance

The fee for the initial consultation is $175. All subsequent visits, whether individual or couples sessions, are $150. For your convenience, I accept most major credit cards, as well as cash and checks. Many insurance plans include mental health coverage for individual counseling and I encourage you to call your particular plan to check whether or not you have this benefit.

If you decide to use your mental health benefits and I belong to the insurer’s panel of providers, I will be happy to do the insurance billing for you. Please note the unfortunate fact that many insurance plans do not cover couples counseling. If you do not have insurance coverage, or if you choose not to use the coverage you have, and are undergoing financial hardship, let's discuss fee reductions on a case by case basis.
